My Name is Steve Phillips. I have over 40 years of experience in accounting, about 12 years of industry experience as a CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and the remaining years in public accounting.

I started with the Big 4 Accounting Firms, where I received my structure. From there I took various positions that brought me to where I am today, and allowed me to have overseen hundreds of industries and companies. 

These roles granted me the opportunities to help companies in startup ventures, improve clients' financial situations, and buy and sell businesses.

With my skills and experiences, I am able to combine my industry knowledge with my experiences to offer the services that I have today.
